I haven't been doing much art work recently and am started to feel the need to get back into it. I've been saving up money and am hoping to get a digital SLR. I haven't decided which one yet.
I have so many half done paintings and portrait drawings that I need to finish too.
So here's hoping that I'll be putting up some more artwork very soon!

My first journal entry. I just wanted to say this...
I love deviant art because I get to see so many amazing works of art and share my own. I love that. I think it's wonderful to have a community of artists. But there is one giant thing that I really despise about this...
I feel like this place is one giant popularity contest. It bugs me. When I see someone who submits one of the most amazing pieces of artwork I've ever seen and they get like 1 comment and maybe 2 favourites it makes me sad. I really like your projected image photos. They have such depth and character that could never be reached have digital effects. They're so cool!
